I support Rethink (1). When I tried to get help from them, I discovered
that they don't do anything here, due to lack of funds...

The waves of depression are almost unbearable. I had a triage today with a
local charity - it could take eight weeks to get me into NHS detox. And
someone's emptied my bank account. And yet I retain my sense of humour
somehow.
