A local FM station specialises in latin stuff. Heard
"Sweet Dreams", "Da da da" and "Kiss" covers earlier
tonight. Must be the same lot as here:

Grumio in lecto recumbit.

Did you know you can get Harry Potter in Latin and Ancient Greek? No,
I haven't read them.

I particularly like "quid igitur?" for "so what?".

consideration shall be given to their replacement by the graphics 10 and 11 to

I seem to be propogating this all over the place, but when it comes to using
Latin, Oxford's Public Orator (sorry SAm) seemed on top form this year:
http://www.ox.ac.uk/gazette/2007-8/supps/1_4850.htm

In particular, the following has been noted in Another Place:
"Multis honoribus iam cumulata, nuperrime praemium a Fundatione Orealiana
donatum recepit, quia est dignissima.", paraphrased as "This lady has
received many honours, most recently the L'Oreal Prize, because she is
worth it."

And of course the immortal _Winnie Ille Pu_.

I kid you not.
