Grumio in lecto recumbit.
Did you know you can get Harry Potter in Latin and Ancient Greek? No,
I haven't read them.

I particularly like "quid igitur?" for "so what?".

In the selection of the two characters immediately succeeding the numeral 9,
consideration shall be given to their replacement by the graphics 10 and 11 to
facilitate the adoption of the code in the sterling monetary area. (X3.4-1963)

I seem to be propogating this all over the place, but when it comes to using
Latin, Oxford's Public Orator (sorry SAm) seemed on top form this year:
http://www.ox.ac.uk/gazette/2007-8/supps/1_4850.htm
In particular, the following has been noted in Another Place:
"Multis honoribus iam cumulata, nuperrime praemium a Fundatione Orealiana
donatum recepit, quia est dignissima.", paraphrased as "This lady has
received many honours, most recently the L'Oreal Prize, because she is
worth it."
