Ads and eating disorders

I think that: I agree that TV ads for junk food aimed at kids shoud be banned. But at the same time images that promote starving yourself to be thin should be banned aswell.
Because: A recent survey has revealed that children as young as 8 are concerned about their body image - surely this cannot be healthy, and promoting 'size 0' and skinny models has to be partly to blame.
