I think that: The new stem cell, bone marrow treatment works at a cost of £70000. How do we put a value on someones life. check the web link.
Because: My Brother's wife had to fight tooth and nail to get Derbyshire NHS to assess/treat his cancer. It really Works. You have to fight just to get assessed Madness.
