Government Needs to Reassess Plans to Build 30,000 New Homes Annually in the South East

I think that: The infrastructure required to cope with this influx of newcomers is not in place nor does the Government seem committed to the additional funding needed to rectify the situation.
Because: The region is already the most densely populated in the UK outside London. It is difficult to get an NHS dentist, hospital units are at threat of closure, planned houses are to be built on the flood plain and our roads and railways are barely able to cope with current levels of traffic.
