Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust has failed to provide a safe hygienic environment

I think that: I am appalled by its contents and conclusions. It is clear that the Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust has failed to provide a safe hygienic environment, failed to deliver humane quality nursing, failed to deliver appropriate medical treatment and failed to direct financial resources appropriately.
Because: KCC offered senior management support from KCC to help turn around Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells Trust. We strongly feel that money must be made immediately available from central government enabling the trust to recruit additional quality staff across the organisation, it is clear they have been understaffed particularly with nursing. Should this not be forthcoming KCC have offered a short term loan of £5 million to assist in rapid transformation of care.
