Social Services for children Over stretched

I think that: Social Services all over the UK are at breaking point.  They are only JUST keeping most Children at risk, safe and they lack support from  professionals, nurses,teachers, politicians etc
Because: High stress, low morale, high turnover of staff, not enough money pumped in. Used by politicians as a political tool such as the alcohol debate and putting children into care.
