I'm on DLA due to psychiatric problems and living in Hackney, London. I used 
to have a Freedom Pass but a few years ago they changed the system and 
stopped renewing it. I didn't feel up to dealing with it at the time. What 
is the current situation with Freedom Passes? Will I be able to get one? If 
they are just being awkward, how do I cut through the red tape etc.?
