DLA C*ck up
I need some advice for a friend. On the 10 december she was notified
that she would get low rate care and high rate mobility. She received
the back money and payments started. today she received another lettter
from DLA saying she wasn't eligble for DLA, as you can imagine she is
very confused and upset, can they do this and what should she do?
Thanks in advance.

Ring, email or write to them, failing that wait and see if payments
stop.

DLA are in a bit of a state at the moment with backlogs and delays which
lead to mistakes. I'd contact them asap to clarify the situation - this
seems to be a very puzzling set of decisions. Even I've not come across
this one before...
