IS payment on 1st of Jan '08
I'm due a direct credit payment of Income Support on the 1st of Jan '08
(Tue). As this will be a bank holiday, will it go in on the 31st of Jan
(Mon) or on the 2nd of Jan (Wed)?

TIA

31st December - any benefit payment to a bank account that is due on a
Bank Holiday is credited to the account on the last working day before
the BH.

I would assume that any IS payments due into the bank on 25 December would
be credited on 24 December?
