Not sure it was created by DWP.
Some things just spring up when you have 2 opposite sides. One wants
money, one gives money. One wants rules to be stuck to, one wants to
stick the rules. One wants to reach targets, one wants to avoid
targets....
The staff get aggro, the staff give aggro. But the actions of
individuals would not be acceptable from staff.
I get to hear some of the stories about staff, but in no way is
lunging for their throat called for. Or smashing of screens and
injuring anyone (on at least one occasion, another person being
interviewed).
Seems to be a fair bit of screw them on both sides. Plus a good chunk
of trying to do the rigfht thing on each side too.

What's the JC got to do with getting a job? It's up to you not any
organisation.
Answer me one question: when did you last work?

I wish it was up to me, the JC I go to insists that I do what they say, they
wont allow me to train so I cant get the skills needed to earn a living wage
nor will they provide the training that they say they are offering people.

Recently I was working for charity, ordered to attend as per usual, failure
to comply may result in loss of benefit, the usual threats. Not surprisingly
employers were sceptical about this as a work history. Apparently anyone can
work for charity.
Great job though, you cant knock a system that gets people out to work for
free, proleterian scum dont need money, flog the lot of them, bastards!

The JC insist on you doing things to get benefit - what YOU do is down
to you. You have the ability to find a job, the fact you don't have one
is down to your attitude.

You know what I meant - when did you last work for an employer that had
you off JSA? Don't try to answer by going around the houses and avoiding
the question. I bet you haven't worked for years. I know for a fact you
haven't for the last 3 to 4 years, from your postings here but how much
further back does your unemployment go?

I told you when I last worked and you are still not happy, why is that. Are
you saying that it does not count as work. The JC was wasting my
time.....again.
