council tax fraud?
I need some help with a council tax query.

I am living with my girlfriend. We both have our own places and I get
single person discount on the council tax for mine. She has been paying
the same rate on hers but as I live there most of the time is there any
chance she should have been paying the full rate for both of us? If so
then are we at risk of getting done for benefit fraud?

Purely for Council Tax purposes, there would appear to be no problem
providing that you are not claiming benefits.
If benefits are claimed though then there could be problems.
