SIBA,voluntary work, and med reviews?
A specialist IB advisor suggests voluntry work as a route out of mental
health services and back into employmnet.

The claiment, with help from their mental health care coordinator and the
SIBA arrange for some gentle voluntary wrok, which should build up,
eventually into part time paid work, and then into full time paid work.

The claimant makes sure all work is declared, in writing, and that any
expenses or wages are also declared. he keeps the letters he gets in reply
- all of which say that there's no effect on the benefit.

The claimant is called for an independant medical review.

Should the claiment mention the voluntary work, and their plans for the
future, and the involvement of SIBAs and care coordinators, or should the
claimant keep schtumm and just concentrate on what happens on the bad
days?

They can't really pretend the work doesn't exist, if asked questions
which are relevant. Of course, if no relevant questions are asked...
