H5N1 Burial Arrangements
I understand local authorities are in charge of the burials and local
emergencies. Has local authorities got the reserves and the central
government funding for mass burials, which will soon happen when H5N1
mutates into human form? The present virus kills 50% of victims and 90%
of young people under 20 years of age. When the pandemic starts most of
the British school population will be wiped out. It is possible to
divert resources from education to the burial of children I think. Have
councils prepared emergency budgets for this?
