Sorry to appear dim, and I know it's something to do with averages last 
time, but how can 5.4% be up 6.6% from last time?

Labour scored -1.2% last time? Even in Cheltenham they are not *that* 
weak! :)

I didn't even realise there was one due here in Cheltenham. I guess the 
old councillor must have shuffled off very quietly...
