Change in circumstances
Group,

I have recently been blessed with a new son. I have informed the CSA via
recorded delivery of this fact and during a telephone conversation with
the Dudley office, receipt of the letter was confirmed.

I was told that the details were passed onto the Bolton office as my case
is clerical and the voice at Dudley said he would ask them to contact me.
Nothing as yet.

How soon can I expect the relevant reduction on payments? I have also
reminded them that they have based their calculations on incorrect
information and I should be entitled to a 1/7 discount, a fact that I
told them a year ago, unfortunately over the telephone. I've now learned
that lesson!

All the research I've done indicates that the Bolton team are not the
cream of the crop, is this still the case?

The last time I spoke to them, I was innformed that my payments were
being received but they were not being passed on to my ex. I asked if I
could get them back, but I didn't, that's not a big suprise. I will ask
my ex this weekend if she is getting the full payments, the last time I
spoke to her she had received about 1/4 of the money I had paid in.

If my ex has not been getting the full amount, I will ask her (again) if
she would be willing to reach an agreement outside of the CSA. cAn you
tell me how easy it is to remove a DEO and banish the CSA from my life
completely?

Lots of questions, I know. I will keep you informed of my progress as I
badger the CSA Bolton office!

Bhaggy.
