Get it up her!
I have been sent a letter saying I have another week to complete and return
the forms. The plan is to return them with an amount on them, then wait to
see what they do.
within 2 months I will be changing places with my wife who will be returning
to work after maternity leave and I will have to give up my job to look
after the baby. All things considered with the travel etc and no CSA
payments as I will have no income (New scheme here folks) then we are better
off.....
So I am sorted..... but what I need to know is..........
1- If I complete and return the forms, when will I get notification that I
need to start paying?
2- When will my first payment be?
3- What if by that date I have no income?
4- Do I get the amount owed classed as arrears and negotiate a rate to pay
it off?
Any other thoughts?
Fletch said he couldn't wait to see her face when she realises she will not
get anything (having paid by private arrangement upto this month when she
deided to go to the CSA) wll Fletch, let me warn you............
She will have a face like a bulldog licking piss off a nettle so be warned
as you may turn to salt or stone... or just smile at a small victory against
control, bullying and an unjust system....

Re: Get it up her!
It's probably an academic question as to when they inform you'll have to
start paying. They will issue you with a start date and an amount it used to
be about 8 weeks later if you complied with their demands fore information
and that will be there demand until you get reassessed so the important
thing here is to contact them as soon as your new situation is in place and
put it in writing asking for a reassessment as you now no longer have any
funds and cannot possibly make any further payments from that date.
"a bulldog licking piss off a nettle" hee heee nice one.
It's so satisfying to see one of these vindictive greed bitches get kicked
hard in the teeth and I hope it serves as a warning to some of the others
out thinking along similar lines.
