The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions ...
... the Right Honourable Peter Hain M.P. has admitted to
irregularities in his expenses for his fight for the deputy leadership
of the Labour Party. He claimed one of them was an "administrative
error".

How do you think any of the CSA's victims would fare of they made a
mistake and, when it was found out, claimed it was an administrative
error? Do you think such a person would be treated with the leniency
Hain obviously wishes for himself?

Frankly, it seems to me that there is little surprise that the CSA are
such crooks. Just look at the example set by their boss.

Not only that but if the Gestapo take you to court you can plead with the
judge to look into the CSAs "Administrative Errors" in their erroneous
claims in your case until you are blue in the face and even if the judge
wanted to, he couldn't look at them, he's denied this by LAW, but the case
will continue and you could loose your driving licence or even you liberty
with no recourse to law. This is the state of justice in UK courts today.

But MP's fiddling the books well, that's ok, nothing will happen us usual,
christ these people think they own the place, they were shuffling peerages
into the money pot, so whats a few quid in expenses, it's only money to them
but you and I it could be a loss of freedom.
