In my latest missive from the CSA they informed me that my liability
for maintenance for my daughter ended last week as she no longer lives
with the PWC. My daughter tells me she still lives with her mum and I
pick her up and drop her off at her mums house.

As the PWC has again supplied false information to the CSA can I
request that the case is reopened and stay on CSA1. The PWC is not
happy with the CSA calculations and we have had many reassessments as
she tell them I have had many promotions and pay rises- all untrue.

I think I know the answer to this but .... as she keeps supplying
false infomation, will the CSA take any action against her? I'm sure
they would if it was me.

Yeh kick up merry hell with them, go see your MP write and complain, to 
everybody.

This just a ploy to change from one system to another by yet another greedy 
lying bitch, make sure you tell them that if that happens as a result of her 
lies then you won't be paying any more payments at all.

Don't know if you would have a case for getting the police involved as 
ultimatly this is a premedatated fraud designed specifically to take money 
from you by lying to a government department so technically she is 
committing a crime, she is knowing lying on government forms. I'd be tempted 
to go see CID and talk to them, there are a lot of sympathetic policemen who 
also hate CSA and rotten thieving pig ex's too!

Would sure put the wind up her if the police got involved

I'm a bit confused by this post.

I always thought it was a simple matter for the PWC
to transfer from CScumA1 to CScumA2.

According to my limited understanding, the PWC
closes the existing case - without any justification,
waits 13 of their weeks, then opens a new case
against the NRP.

Voila!  Case transferred to the new scheme.

If so, I'm wondering why the PWC is going through
all these idiotic contortions by lying and stuff.
Ie.  I assumed, as always, Her Maj's Govt of fools
empower the CScumA to give all the power to the
PWC, who in turn can use the CScumA as a stick to
try and beat and humiliate us (as if losing your kids
wasn't bad enough).

Or am I missing something crucial?

Yeh I think your correct in that asssumption but if the PWC lies on the 
forms she's committing an offence,
Oh and the bastards at CSA acctually prosecute MEN for doing exactly that 
but never womewn, strange that init.
The rotten cow probably thinks she needs to justify this dirty trick so why 
not just throw in a few complete lies.
