Re: disabled child departure   
Be very careful here as I tried going down this route when on CS1 and
CS2. On CS1 as DLA was being received they said that extra costs
incurred were covered by DLA. Under CS2 DLA wasn't being received but
they passed on info concerning my child to my partner's ex even
quoting my child as being terminally ill when this was not the case!
Things they were supposed to have blacked out were not and the ex got
alot of info that she should not have seen. They refused it anyway and
all I gained was her knowing personal info on my child.
