lol I thought mine was bad
Damn them. Did you attend the mags court like I did? Hundreds went
though on the nod, it would be better if every single person turned up
to slow the buggers down.
Anyway ... it would also be better if everyone elected to get in front
of a judge and slow the buggers down even more. They still keep trying
it on with me, and make snide comments about just how long it will take
to pay off the liability order.
I had great help and the CAB were crap at knowing the legal procedure
involved, I should say I had help from the guys here.

Sitting Duck's reply was spot on, but be very, very carefull to meet all
the time deadlines :)
It might be worthwhile if someone could take a look at his reply and put
in any amendments after new legislation.
Anyway, the judge was very realistic, pointing out that the CSA held the
nuclear option of forcing me to declare bankrupcy and close my business
Was that really in their best interest? and we negotiated a settlement
we could both live with - except for the snide comments from the
bastards. Every couple of months they get their guys to harrass me and
threaten further action, and I tell them to go ahead. I would love them
to get me in front of a judge and him give them a bollocking for wasting
court time :)
They don't bite that far, and we repeat every month or two
