Review
Some of you might remember me from NACSA a few years back as Eli34.
Well I'm now Eli (40) and have joined in here today as we've just gone
through a review (after three years). Needless to say weekly payment
has gone up from £63.04 per week to £101.38 per week for a 15 year
old!! I am in the process of rejoining NACSA to get the assessment
checked but this amount has been back dated to September last year!!
They were so helpful to me for a few years when this organisation
drove me to insanity. Can anyone advise please as we didn't have a
letter until April May timethis yea asking for any changes to salary
and mortgage??

The BFH has no income to be assessed, she doesn't work and on the
assessment is saying her housing costs are £10.15 per week????? And
her exempt income is £129.43?? God knows how she survives, well I do
know but won't mention it on here.

I'm not sure the assessment is right, hub is earning more than in 2004
but I'm not sure they've calculated the tax correctly, how can he be
earning more than in 2004 but paying less tax???

Many thanks in advance.

Re: Review
under the new system, its going to be even worse as they are proposing to
remove the element of having to go to court to get teh Liability Order...it
will now be part of that super efficient CSA administration. So we can all
rest easy and sleep well at night knowing that the CSA are going to take
care of it all in the most accurate of ways.

As for challenging it through courts....many have tried and failed, its just
too expensive to do.

Many thanks in advance.

through a review (after three years).

Re: Review
Yes it was set up so that they could legaly and finacialy scorch and burn
you, eradicating almost all opposition but they still wer'nt happy allowing
the possibility that someone with deep enough pockets might come along and
thrash them in court so now they just want to remove the court all togeather
now, I mean why bother with simple things like proof, law or justice?

And they wonder why we call it the British Gestapo!
