Notional Income
Apologies to the poster who asked about notional income on CS2, i cant find
which post it was now!!
Anyway, having had a deeper look at this, i can see no specific reference to
notional income being considered as income for child support purposes under
CS2 legislation.
Under CS2 income is defined as
earned income, self employed earnings, tax credits, and payments from a
pension scheme, retirement annuity or other such scheme for provision of
income in retirement. only these forms of income will be included. all
other income is ignored. So this would confirm that there are no grounds
for notional income under CS2.
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you on this point
