Notional Income   
Apologies to the poster who asked about notional income on CS2, i cant find 
which post it was now!!

Anyway, having had a deeper look at this, i can see no specific reference to 
notional income being considered as income for child support purposes under 
CS2 legislation.

Under CS2 income is defined as

earned income, self employed earnings,tax credits, and payments from a 
pension scheme, retirement annuity or other such scheme for provision of 
income in retirement.  only these forms of income will be included. all 
other income is ignored.   So this would confirm that there are no grounds 
for notional income under CS2.
