this bit of kidology or trickery. Has anyone asked what this name change is

Well its on on so its name and shame but oh with the permission of the 
acrimonious Ex, hell she might be an adulterous whore, an alki, drug abuser 
and the kids might run around in rags. Dad on the otherhand might be a 
loving father, possibly has fought in court for access, sees, provides for
