That's probably because the URL has wrapped on to two lines. Try again
and when it is up in the address line, type in "912.jp" and click on Go.

Given that resources are not infinite, and that there are competing demands
for the funds available to or for conservation I'd have to say 'yes' to
that.

It's obviously longer-term and so potentially more expensive to create a
buffer zone like this than to, for example, plan a programme of
extermination like the hedgehogs and mink in the Outer Hebrides.
However, it looks as if there is an ample volunteer force available.
