The hunting shown is both indiscriminate and not undertaken for the
pot. I suspect it may be hunting tourism, popular in Italy, Greece,
Malta, Cyprus despite EU directives against such practices. Happily,
the country concerned (Qatar) may just be on the way to becoming like
Oman, where all hunting is banned. A member of the Qatari royal family
seems to be forming links with BirdLife International
