The RSPB advertise and encourage birdwatching that encourages people
to travel thousands of miles which is environmentally damaging to the
natural environment.
Fake conservationists!

Yes, the RSPB encourages these people to travel to "twitch" and at the
same time tell us not to "cook the planet".

It advertises holidays to view birds and says on it's website what
birds are at what reserves. Haven't you noticed?

Well, bird watchers. One's as bad as the other.
They're all twitchers to me.
And they're being encouraged to travel by the RSPB who tells us not to
"cook the planet" - except where it seems to make them money :-((

Casual readers take note that Angus does have a down on conservation and
is incapable of naming any conservation organisation world wide which he
approves of.
However he does claim to not be against conservation. Make your won
mind up after you have followed a thread or two.

Clear proof that Angus hasn't a clue about what a twitcher is.
Like many Angus make the mistake of thinking all birdwatchers are
twitchers.
A will guarantee he can not show anywhere that the RSPB encourages
twitchers to travel.
Yet again he opens his mouth and outs his foot in it :-)))))

Casual readers note the change of direction. Angus latches on to an
article about a particular form of person, then tries to use it as a
stick to beat the RSPB with. Typical of his anti conservation
vendetta.
Now when he has realised that his lack of knowledge has been exposed be
tries to twist his thread.
>
>And they're being encouraged to travel by the RSPB who tells us not to
>"cook the planet" - except where it seems to make them money :-((
Again the casual reader needs to understand that Angus' idea of the RSPB
encouraging people to travel means they accept adverts from companies
for their magazine.
Angus doesn't seem to realise that this raises money for conservation
and anyway he doesn't allow facts to get in the way of his vendetta.

So can't say. As I said one's a bad as the other and there's little
difference if any.
Twitching is a British term, meaning "the observation of a previously
located rare bird".
Birdwatching or birding is the observation and study of birds with the
naked eye or through a visual enhancement device like binoculars

To the casual reader. You will notice Angus uses double standards he
says "do your own research" and refuses to answer questions when asked.
However he always assumes that when others play him at his own game they
are unable to answer.
To me this is clear confirmation that when he uses these tactics he
can't answer or knows that to answer would destroy the position he has
taken.

Which clearly shows that while Angus can look up a definition he doesn't
understand what a huge difference there is between the two pastimes.

Hurrah!
Angus has actually looked something up when told to. There, that wasn't
too difficult, was it?
Unfortunately, your comprehension skills are lacking if you think those
two obviously different definitions mean there is "little difference"
