I would consider this a very expensive wall - equivalent to about
£1300-00p for the whole room. You don't say how much preparation is
required but probably not much. Materials would be about 3 rolls of
lining paper and about 2.5 litres of paint. That should be less than
£20-00p for materials. You can get some idea of prices from:
www.wickes.co.uk or from local shops.

The wall requires about 9 lengths at 2.3m (7'6") of lining paper and a
competent decorator would easily manage that in an hour or so. Similarly
with the painting - about an hour for each of two coats. Obviously there
are overheads such as travel etc. but the actual job is about 3 hours
over two days to allow for drying times. A generous allowance would be
two half days. You shouldn't be paying him to watch paper dry. I would
suggest getting other quotes.

Yeah...I have papered before but I'm just afreaid of making a hash of
it seeing it's paper on to painted Gyproc and if the paper needed to
come off that might knacker the backing paper on the board

LOL....I am seriously tempted .What weight of lining paper should I
use .......It won't be that new expensive non-woven stuff I have seen
.It's a ridiculous price and u need to buy 6 rolls ..well from here
you do anyway .
