We are residents of the U.K with Greek nationality

We have an LLC in Delaware and we were looking for Offshore banks.

We have been quoted from two companies the one is recommending spanish
antillas and the other one a bank in Caribeean.

Which place (juristictionwise) and why do you recommend for doing
offshore banking ..

Please keep in mind like i mentioned our nationalities and also that
the maximum amount that we can pay to the bank starting doesnt exceed
10.000 $..
