Freelance pay in London slightly rising or what?
Hmm... J2EE contracts in central London on jobserve.com show signs of
improved pay... Is it for real(?) or as usually just a bunch of
unserious companies temporarily trying to gather leads from
freelancers, who sign up in good faith? I believe market pay is
usually around (pounds) 350-400/day for fx. J2EE candidates with 10+
years experience, M.Sc. degree and a couple of relevant
certifications. That level has not been moving for years... But lately
I've seen multiple indications going higher. Outside London, the
picture has not changed though. But then again, I would _never_
exactly trust anything seen on jobserve... Anybody with input to
spread any light?
