Expert presenters Mike Measures FCA (Founder of Interimconnect) and
Tim Warren (Interim Manager)

Mike Measures will dispel some myths about interim management, explain
how “interim” differs from consultancy and the benefits it brings. He
will also touch on the issues, barriers, rewards for those making the
career change into interim as well as the vital importance of networks
and contacts. Tim Warren will talk about his latest assignment as
interim ICT Director at a leading London Hospital Trust, and more
generally what it's like being an interim - the good, the bad and the
grey hair.
