UK limited vs Germany
Please I need some advice - I'm from Croatia.
I'm preparing to incorporate one UK limited firm to operate mostly in
Germany (IT buisness).
I don't know if UK limited is good choice for do it.

Please help me,

Roberto

Re: UK limited vs Germany
You need advice from a German accountant, not anyone in the UK.

If you were going to operate in Belgium, then a UK limited is a good
alternative to a Belgian Limited company.

German law is different. You need to talk to someone who knows German
legislation.
