how do i make a complaint about an umbrella company if they dont have
a complaints procedure set up on their web site.

The company in question is crest plus, yes im name dropping them as i
would NOT recomend them to anyone whising to use an umbrella.

I have constantly had expenses held back and have even had holiday pay
held back. i also have never recieved a 'wage' slip or anything in
writing showing a break down of my earnings in any way shape or form.

im am now in a battle with them to reagin my expenses from last week
when there computer system went down and never added my expenses
unfortunately i am no longer using them and now i have lost £800 worth
of expenses to the system yet they have held back a percentage of my
wages to counter act any expenses i incure and these are yet to
materialise
