Hi there,
My sister is struggling to prepare for an interview for the position
of Management Trainer. She's had a lot of Higher Education lecturing
experience, great interpersonal skills but not too much of the
business related experience. However, she's been shortlisted for an
interview.
Would you have any suggestions with regards to the interview (and
there's not too much time left). What should she focus on? What sort
of questions should she expect? How to answer these etc.

I'd be extremely grateful for all the suggestions you might have.
