I'm looking for either a business partner with some serious business
knowledge and/or an investor.

last year and finally have it where I want it to be technically.  All
I'm missing right now is what I asked for in my first paragraph.

WorkBidder connects everyday people to tradesmen and other
professionals to receive quotes for work which needs to be done.
Instead of running about looking for quotes you can contact workers
online who have a bit of spare time on their hands to price your jobs
that need to be completed.
