We run a small/medium size Affiliate Management business which is
profitable and growing at a fast pace. We currently have six clients.
Four are smaller merchants and two are well-known brands.

Two more in the pipeline, at least one of which will hopefully come on
board in the next month or two.

We intend to focus on other areas in the long term and so would like to
hand over our client base to someone else.

Although considerable assistance will be given, the buyer will need to
be knowledge about UK affiliate marketing.

The handover will take place in Quarter 2, 2007. We will co-operate
with the buyer and clients to make the transition as smooth as
possible. We will also be available for advice and assistance after the
handover.

The portfolio of clients comes with a well-publicised Affiliate
Management website which has been operational for years, extensive
guidance on continuing to grow the business, and a huge number of
contacts.

All our clients pay a generous hourly rate.

Work can be done by one person.

This is an excellent opportunity for an affiliate to jump to the 'other
side' and enjoy a stable income, while continuing to benefit from the
flexibility and freedom that comes from affiliate marketing. Or it is a
golden opportunity for an existing agency or affiliate management
company to rapidly increase their portfolio and expand their business
to the next level.
