I should have warned you! There are certain regulars who have given up
going to the Kings Head until the work in the square is completed.
It's not so much the getting there, but the coming back after a few
pints and possibly ending up in one of the contractors compounds for
the night!

All good. Not a great Spoons fan, but the Cherry tree seems to take
real ale seriously.

I know what you mean. It's been in progress for what seems like years.
The daft thing is that, when it's all complete, people are going to
look at it and say 'so how is it different from what was here before?'
The only thing I can see is that Harold Wilson has shifted a little
bit futher away from the railway station.
