Wigan Beerfest 2009 today
Hi everyone,
Been to the Wigan 2009 BeerFest this afternoon. A great big thank
you to the organisers and all the volunteers.
I concentrated on the "Dark" beers which were excellent.. BTW a special
prize to anyone attempting the 10% job (a very small sample was enough for
me)!

Ken Ward, Bolton.

Forgot to say ...but, David Gest, that well known ex-husband and Preacher
made an apperance, but not with any beer in hand that I saw.

In CAMRA circles, "ex-husband" or "ex-wife" isn't that uncommon and thus
barely rates the effort of typing...

As this is a public newsgroup I thought that I would make my comments
inclusive.

Ken Ward.

PS Sampled a couple of Titanic "Iron Curtain" today in the Trackside, Bury.
An excellent brew!
