OT: O2
"I've got a bad feeling about this"

One of my My IP addresses is being blocked by spamhaus.org. It belongs to
O2, my ISP says its down to O2, Spamhaus says its down to O2 in very sharp
terms. O2 so far have given zero response to web form and email, not even a
"we recieved your email", no ticket numbers. Phone enquiries start from
square one each time with staff with frankly no idea and who seem to speak
to techies in the background, which produces "send 2/6d for a dance" type
situations. One call ended with them saying "its your problem not ours".

Anybody know a way of contacting O2 senior staff that works? If it goes on
like this its going to be cancel the contract. A letter maybe? Remember
those?

Following up to Mike.. . .

latest and best response now says "i dont understand" which is actually
progress!

A taste of my latest email......

As the I understand it, the problem is about O2 using Spamhaus incorrectly.
This isnt something a customer should have to understand, its something
somebody in your company should understand and resolve, there may be a lack
of understanding in my communication of some of the technical details -
however, AT FIRST CONTACT my ISP was able to understand the issues and tell
me that it was a problem at O2, Spamhaus say the same (as I quoted in my
email). My several attempts at communication with O2 telephone help have
not produced anyone with even my limited grasp of the subject, my first
attempt at email contact was ignored, thank you at least for replying,
(although you should note you have miss-spelled the name of your own
company "Telefnica O2 UK Limited" (sic). I think its only Telefnica in some
non english speaking countries?)............
