Question Time Menu
Question Time menu
Imagine you were in charge of catering for tonight's Question Time and had
been asked to supply a dish for each individual panellist which *you*
thought they might enjoy after the programme was finished.
Any suggestions?
The panellists:
Jack Straw MP, Justice Secretary
Baroness Warsi, Conservative spokeswoman for community cohesion
Chris Huhne MP, the Liberal Democrat home affairs spokesman
Nick Griffin MEP, the leader of the British National Party
Bonnie Greer, playwright and author

As I've been out all day I'm rushing to cook something for supper, so
I can only design one dish; for Nick Griffin, poulet a la arsenic.

Ray wants to watch it. I'm going to bury my head in my book because
politics make me so cross - no real question of honour, what's best for
the country, duty etc. but all is party politics and I loathe it. It's
all about each party wanting to stay in power to impose its will on the
country and line its members' pockets. If, for example, Gordon Brown
actually cared about this country rather than his Party and his own
salary, he'd have called an election weeks ago. Nonetheless, I don't
agree that he should be 'banned' from appearing as some have tried to
do. Nick Griffin leads a party that has returned two MEPs and we need
to know what's going on. Stifling debate doesn't achieve that.

I have listened to Nick Griffin and I am concerned at what I hear. I
am entitled to vote in General Elections in the UK, for the time time
ever, I am wondering who?? However, it will not be for Nick Griffin's
lot.

Well, R has turned it off and gone to bed. He said it was something

You were very, very lucky if you could listen to Nick Griffen. I'm just
listening to the last few minutes of the programme now and Nick Griffin has
not been allowed to speak freely at any time during the whole programme.
Incidentally, I know who Mr. Griffin is, as I know who Jack Straw and the
Huhne guy are.
Just who *was* the "Lady" and why on earth should she appear? (Well, she
failed at her attempt as an MP and was then appointed to the House Of Lords.
Par for the course, innit?)
And exactly *WHO* was the *AMERICAN* deputy of something or the other??
I know I for one will be looking further in to the BNP's policies with a
most definite view to possibly supporting them.

>You clearly deserve each other.
You sound just like any one of the non BNP panel members ...
So, are you ...
1] Jack Straw... (are you now, or have you ever been, a communist maybe ?
... )
2] or maybe "Lady" Muck... (remind me, why were you appointed to the House
Of Lords after failing to be elected to the House of Commons?)
3] or maybe that US woman who seems to be a Deputy of something British...
(remind me, why were you appointed to your job?)
... or maybe, the consolation prize, just another Huhne... sounds about
right.
So, CP, take your pick!
You are clearly one of the above!
p.s. Give me a valid answer to questions 1], 2] & 3] and I will engage you
in common intercourse.
Fail to answer any of those questions *just as your pals did on the
programme* and I will treat you with the contempt you and your bullying
types deserve.
The choice is your very own! Go for it CP!
