Feedback on good performance is always very welcome so please make sure
that customer services or the Line General Manager (Jeff Ellis for the
Northern Line) is made aware.

Not everyone is the same. It can go too far sometimes and it can border
on being irritating but we do have some splendid drivers and station
staff.
