Gluten-free chocolate brownies
Oh yes. You know you want to.
100g butter (not marg!)
150g plain chocolate
100g Doves farm self raising flour
200g sugar
3 eggs
Beat the eggs into the flour and sugar.
Melt the butter and chocolate and stir into the egg/flour mixture.
Pour into a 6"x8" lined tray and bake for 30-35 mins at gas 4, 160C/350F
That's it.
Do it.

It's a blend of various flours, yes: rice, potato, tapioca, maize and
buckwheat. Excellent for pancakes, batter and cakes.

LOL I have a friend, Judi, who has a severe allergy to gluten. I
have a problem with puddings for her. I make most with ground almonds
instead of flour. I don't thicken my sauces with flour, I reduce them
and use, if necessary, fromage frais or a little mashed potato. Now
she tells me she has an allergy to egg yolk!!!!!! I made her an
omelette with just egg white, seasoning, a handful of fresh herbs and
a little cheese. It came out like a small souffle and she enjoyed it.
Now I will just have to make something with the yolks :-)
