cathare saint felix   
cheese from Borough yesterday.
loverly truffle cheese from Mario Prati* (tartufaia) and the one of the
title, the seller wrote the name of the paper but i cant find any
references to it, so probably a typo, any ideas? Its like an ultra thin
brie.

I don't know about the Saint Felix, but Cathare cheese is quite famous. 
Cathare is a goat's milk cheese from the Languedoc-Roussillon region of 
France. The cheese comes in thin discs covered in charcoal powder. A premium 
goat's milk cheese with a wonderful flavour. May be not the same, though...?

Didn't know either, but it looks like there is a town called St Felix
in, would you believe it, Languedoc-Roussillon:
