Had a fabulous meal in the "Asia Fusion" Indian restaurant in Chester on
Thursday night.

I had something I've never heard of before; lamb shek-shek. The menu was
absolutely no help - just said it was julienne of lanb in a rich piquant
sauce. It was delicious. It obviously had curry leaves and whole green chillies
in it, but what else? Has anyone heard of this - Google hasn't...
