Freezing onion bhajis   
Can this be done without causing too much of a problem?

Can I just reheat by sticking frozen bhajis in the oven?

Yes

Yes.

If they're home-made the chances are you've not made them too thick
and solid, but those from some of the take-aways in the UK might be
best defrosted first, or just heated in a low oven for ten minutes to
make sure they're completely thawed.
