What is this called?
Hi All, just seen a clip on tv of indian food market in India, they were
making some kind of fast bread, looked like a very thin batter that was
poured over a hotplate and cooked in seconds, was about the diameter of a
chapatti, but very thin, does anybody know what this "bread" is called,
Thanks.

Sounds like a dosa.
Excellent stuff, really nice for breakfast.
You can actually get decent frozen 'masala dosa' kits in the UK these days.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe.
Barbeques on fire by the chalets past the castle headland
I watched the gift shops glitter in the darkness off the Newborough gate
All these moments will be lost in time, like icecream on the beach
Time for tea.
