Hello all
Been a while since I posted here (cue 'WTF are you then?' posts).

The OH has just discovered that he wants to learn to cook Indian food.
Whether he means genuine Indian food or whether he wants to start with
restauarantish fare though, I don't know.

This was triggered by us foolishly getting a Patak's tinned korma
sauce yesterday, which was quite miserable. We ended up with a sort of
bland turkey stew, and the OH decided he could cook better than that.

I tend to agree, but to save us from having to sample his cookery
experiments can anyone suggest a good beginner recipe or three? I
think we'll tend towards using turkey or other meats, rather than veg
(fussy eaters, they don't like veg much).

Cheers!

The ufdi site is still up and has some recipes you might find useful.

(still owe you a small parcel, haven't forgotten).
