Atul Kochhar
I have recently been watching the reruns of The Great British menu on
uktv.food, having missed the series first time around, and came
across Atul Kochhar. I really liked the food he prepared and wondered
if anyone has bought any of his book(s)?
If so what are the recipes like?

I am currently housebound after an operation and am looking to splash
out on a couple of cookery books to cheer me up.

Off topic, License to grill came through the door today and I think
that is going to get heavily stained once the BBQ season swings into
full gear.

My wife to be gets the hump at the state of my cookery books. She
cannot see the difference between dirty and comfortably worn in. She
threatened to clean them up but I explained that this could have a
dire effect on the proposed wedding.
