My son had Cheese Nan Bread from the local Indian carryout. Anyone know if

Thanks

It's paneer, available from your local 'Indian shop'.
Crumble or grate the paneer into little crumbs and fold it into the nan when
you're rolling it out just before cooking.

Thanks for that William, I have tried making Nan bread in the past but feel
it is too much effort for not a great returm as my nans were never that
good. I will try cutting open a nan and filling it with the cheese and let
you know how I get on.
